In cases where the uterus is completely removed or the uterus is preserved, the abdominal cavity is reached through 2-3 cm incisions made at the deepest point of the vaginal area. The organs in the abdomen are made visible with the help of vaginal protective platforms specially developed for this surgery. With the help of a camera and laparsoscopic instruments, the myomas or the uterus are appropriately separated from their holding ligaments or vessels and taken out of the abdomen. The operation is completed by repairing the vaginal tissue.

Reproductive organs are organs immediately adjacent to the vaginal area and are easy to reach this way. The process of removing myomas vaginally or just removing myomas takes an average of 30-45 minutes. takes. Early discharge is possible since the surgery time is short and there is no incision in the abdominal area. The average postoperative discharge is 6-18 hours later.
